Get Your Greens in With This Mango Kale Smoothie

If you’re looking to incorporate more greens into your diet, smoothies are a great way to eat your veggies! This mango kale smoothie is packed with protein and it’s super fruity and delicious. Here’s how to make it.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups plain 0% Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup chopped mango, frozen
  • 1/2 medium banana, frozen
  • 3 cups kale, stemmed and torn
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a blender, combine yogurt, mango, banana, and kale. Secure the lid and blend, scraping down as needed, until very smooth.
  2. Add the chia seeds and blend to mix.
  3. Transfer to two glasses and serve.
