Ingredients:
- 2 cups plain 0% Greek yogurt
- 1 cup chopped mango, frozen
- 1/2 medium banana, frozen
- 3 cups kale, stemmed and torn
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine yogurt, mango, banana, and kale. Secure the lid and blend, scraping down as needed, until very smooth.
- Add the chia seeds and blend to mix.
