We all need a bit of motivation now and then to help keep us going. Regular meditation exercises and a balanced diet are great ways to keep you energized in the long run, but in the short term, we need something a little quicker. Energy drinks are the way to go for quick boosts of energy and hydration while you are exercising, but many of them contain excessive sugar and processed colorings and preservatives.
