There are so many products that are usually considered healthy but are actually packed with sugar, salt, artificial flavors, and other things we should avoid. Here are some foods that most nutritionists would never eat, so we probably shouldn’t either.

Store-Bought Juice

All those juices you can find in the store that are supposedly very healthy and natural are super popular but also very unhealthy. Most of them are packed with sugar and have no nutritional value, so it’s always best to prepare your own homemade juice.

Microwave Popcorn

Popcorn is a healthy snack as long as you eat in moderation and don’t prepare it in the microwave. Microwave popcorn is loaded with artificial flavors that are extremely unhealthy, so it’s best to avoid them.

Vegetable Chips

These chips made from beetroot, sweet potato, and other veggies are popular right now, but just because they contain veggies doesn’t mean they’re healthy. The thing is that they’re also very high in sugar and fat which makes them pretty unhealthy.

Margarine

Margarine is commonly used instead of butter because it’s cheaper, but it’s also very unhealthy and packed with trans fats. That’s why it’s best to switch to healthier spreads or to invest in butter if you need it for baking.
