Forget about processed foods and carbonated drinks if you want to reduce waist size. Add more fresh fruits, veggies, and protein to your diet, and switch coffee for tea and you’ll notice positive results very soon.

I’m an account for #intuitiveeating ✨ (𝑎𝑛𝑧𝑒𝑖𝑔𝑒 / 𝑡𝑎𝑔𝑠) I feel like there is so much confusing, contradicting information about diet and nutrition out there and in the last years, I went through everything. 🙄 From a strictly clean diet to #rawtill4 vegan, high carb low fat, raw food and experimenting with mono fasting and finally I got to where I am now.⁣ ⁣ I believe that there is no perfect nutrient ratio that can be applied to every human being. I think everybody needs something different and the only way to find out to works best for you is by eating intuitively.⁣ ⁣ That’s why I don’t follow any programs like #intermittentfasting strictly but do it intuitively when it feels right. What is “right” for me is what makes me feel my best. I like to feel light, so I eat food that digests easily (fermented/sprouted foods and fruits/veggies in abundance and grains/legumes/healthy fats in moderate quantities).⁣ ⁣ I don’t eat strictly vegan either. I prefer the plant-based option when it’s available but when I travel I sometimes eat fish (I want to be 100% transparent here that’s why I’m saying this). Intuitive eating does not require discipline because it’s the most natural way to eat. I intuitively avoid foods that make me feel crappy (refined sugar / wheat flour & super oily foods) and intuitively choose what makes me feel awesome 💥 (healthy food). ⁣ ⁣ What is your biggest diet/food struggle? Ja, ich lebe 99,9% vegan aber einfach weil es mir, dem Planeten und den Tieren gut tut. In erster Linie möchte ich im Leben mein höchstes Potential leben und mich einfach gut fühlen.
