How to Avoid Feeling Burnt Out

In this age, we are constantly bombarded by social media, paying rent, and working our jobs. At times, it can be tiring and sometimes we can lack the motivation to keep going forward with our daily routines. That’s why it’s so important to take short breaks and rewire our minds to feeling motivated. The feeling of “burnt-out” is a result of overstressing and working too much. If you’re feeling like you need a break, your body is probably telling you that it’s a great idea.

Do Small Exercises Every Day

Performing small exercises in the morning will help boost blood to your brain and give you a surge of energy. If you’re looking to beat the burn out, perform some arm or abs exercises in the morning to keep your body pumping.

Always Remember to Hydrate

Sometimes you may think that you’re hungry but in actuality, you could just be thirsty. Make sure to hydrate regularly and drink 8-10 glasses of water a day (a little more during the summer). Not drinking enough water could lead to dry skin and hair (no one wants that). So don’t forget to drink water and also throw in some lemon for vitamin c… okay?

Take Fish Oil Pills

If you’re feeling groggy or tired, taking fish pills will help your brain function better. They contain Omega 3,6, and 9 which all promote healthy brain growth which will help you retain information better, as well as helping with memorization and studying before exams. Make sure to sneak in some fish oil into your meals for that extra brain boost.

Get Some Sleep

Sleep is so important in helping regulate our emotions. Sometimes lack of sleep can leave us feeling groggy – not leaving us with enough rest to face the daily tasks. Getting in some z’s early on helps for a better mood and a happier you!
