How to Keep Your Hair Fresh if You Work Out Daily

We all feel the urge to wash from head to toe after completing a workout, but shampooing your hair on a daily basis can be pretty damaging. Use these easy hacks to keep your hair nice and fresh even if you hit the gym every day.

Rinsing

It’s not recommended to do a full-wash after every workout, but it doesn’t hurt to rinse your hair. You can use a bit of conditioner to get rid of the smell, and try to do a full-wash only once or twice a week if you see your hair is suffering from extensive shampooing.

Ponytail

Letting your hair run wild during workouts is pretty impractical and distracting. Putting your hair in a ponytail or knot is a better option, and it will keep all the sweat solely on your scalp.

Dry Shampoo

Using dry shampoo is good, but a short-term solution to get your hair into better shape. It can do miracles for you as long as you follow the instructions, but make sure not to use it too often since it may damage your hair.
