This is an excellent recommendation because having a workout buddy is like having your own personal symbol of accountability. Then again, it’s not always easy finding the right buddy. On one hand, you really want to find a workout buddy who you’re comfortable with. Being able to have fun with them, talk with them, and converse with them can make your workouts that much more enjoyable.
