If you’ve heard of Kayla Itsines’ SWEAT app, you’re probably aware that it’s mostly high-intensity strength workouts. But if you’re looking for something in addition to bodyweight and cardio-focused training, SWEAT has just launched barre and yoga programs led by three new trainers.

“The reality is that many women don’t train using one fitness style,” Itsines shared in a statement. “They want to be able to include other fitness styles, like barre or yoga, alongside their high-intensity and strength workouts. Women want more choice and variety in their workouts with the freedom and power to exercise on their own terms.”

This isn’t the first time the app has offered yoga, as they offered a Body and Mind Yoga (BAM) program with yoga-inspired movements taught by Sjana Elisa. The app now offers more classes led by vinyasa instructors Phyllicia Bonanno and Ania Tippkemper called Yoga with Phyllicia and Yoga with Ania.

Bonanno’s six-week program is great for people of all fitness levels and it only requires a yoga mat. Each week, you’ll complete three classes that are 15-45 minutes long. The program also recommends two optional low-intensity cardio sessions during the week.

Tippkemper’s program has the same format, with a six-week program with three vinyasa classes and two low-intensity cardio workouts each week. The classes total around 30-45 minutes. This program is beginner-friendly and it includes non-traditional poses, for those looking to challenge themselves. In addition to a yoga mat, you’ll need a yoga black and a yoga bolster.

The Barre program is led by Britany Williams and it features elements of ballet and Pilates with high-intensity movements to build strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance. The program is also six-weeks and it offers four classes per week, with each class being 30-45 minutes long.
