The famous fitness influencer kicked her week off by encouraging her followers not to feel guilty about taking a break and advised them to do their best to get back to work.

“Remember as Monday starts that you should feel ZERO guilt for resting or indulging over the weekend. Even if you overindulged and aren’t feeling the best because of it, shake it off and realize that EVERY SINGLE DAY YOU GET TO START FRESH!” wrote Wells on Instagram.
