MadFit Prepared the Ultimate Dance Workout for K-Pop Fans

K-pop music became a global sensation in the past few years, with several artists from South Korea topping the charts around the globe. Our favorite fitness gurus love this genre as much as the rest of us, and MadFit decided to celebrate it in one of her latest workout videos.

Maddie Lymburner, aka MadFit, is one of the most popular fitness YouTubers, with 7.5 million followers and counting, best known for her addictive dance cardio workouts. We’ve seen her share workout videos inspired by many beloved recording artists over the years, and her fans have been asking her to create a K-pop workout for quite some time.

Lymburner finally decided to answer their prayers and filmed a 12-minute workout that’s been highly requested last year. She included four hit K-pop songs in this routine, from “Dynamite” and “Butter” by BTS to Blackpink’s “How You Like That” and Mamamoo’s “Hip”.

Her goal was to create a dance fitness routine that will make you sweat and put a smile on your face, and she’s definitely succeeded. This workout video might be short, but it’s not easy to get through it because MadFit made sure to include intense moves that activate all the muscle groups.
