Sometimes, the only thing that can motivate you to get off the couch and exercise is having somebody hold you accountable. That’s what’s so beautiful about partner workouts. Not only do they motivate you to exercise, but they’re also more fun because you can do them with somebody else. Plus, they’re a great way to bond with your partner. So here are some partner workouts you can try.

10 Min Couples Workout Challenge

This workout routine is 10 minutes long. The title says couples, but you can really do it with anybody if you skip the kissing. It includes workouts for your core, shoulders, legs, chest, glutes, quads, and hamstrings.

20 Minute Full Body Partner Workout (High-Intensity/No Equipment)

If you want something a little bit more intense, this 20-minute body weight workout is fast-paced and challenging, but still plenty of fun to do with somebody else!

Partner Bodyweight Workout

This partner workout is in honor of mother’s day and it’s meant as a mother-daughter routine but, of course, you can really do it with anybody. It’s also nice and quick so you can get it done fast and move on with your day of family bonding.
