Navigating Reddit is not an easy task and finding things you’re actually interested in can take an eternity. This website is certainly not the first place that people go for when looking for workout inspiration, but Reddit proved itself as a useful fitness resource and gave us one viral no-weights workout.

The routine in question started going viral after being shared on a subreddit dedicated to bodyweight fitness, with over two million members joining it so far. Despite the fact no equipment is necessary, some moves call for the use of pull-up bars and dip bars, but they can be improvised with household items or by doing the routine at home.

Recommended routine comes with a pretty extensive guide on Reddit, but you don’t have to read it all to join in the fun. Javier Rivero shared his take on the routine on his YouTube channel, and he’ll walk you through all the moves in just 10 minutes.

In addition to being equipment-free, this routine is pretty effective because it offers a full-body workout that you can perform three times per week. It also comes in handy that it includes several different categories of exercises, and it’s up to you to choose the exercises that suit you and do them for about five reps.
