Fitness challenges are taking our favorite YouTube fitness channels by storm, and Growing Annanas is the latest to start its own. Anna, who runs this popular channel, recently kicked off the “Level Up” challenge, and each new workout is better than the last.

Anna’s latest workout challenge is perfect for fitness beginners who are struggling to commit to a workout routine and stick to it. Unlike most workout challenges we stumbled upon, this one doesn’t have to be done for 30 days, and you can complete it in a single week.

This makes it easier to ease into the “Level Up” challenge and complete each workout without giving up. Don’t let that trick you into thinking that these workouts are ineffective because some of them are pretty demanding, and it usually takes 30 minutes to go through each one.

Another thing that makes this challenge so amazing is that workouts target different muscle groups. After kicking things off with a full-body HIIT workout, Anna shared videos that feature exercises targeting your lower and upper body, glutes, and abs.

Summer workout challenges are all the rage on YouTube right now, and many of our favorite fitness influencers recently started one. That’s also the case with Anna Engelschall of Growing Annanas, and her “Summer Body” challenge is our personal favorite right now.

It’s pretty easy to tell Engelschall’s workouts aren’t promising magical results since they’re as challenging as regular gym sessions. Since starting this challenge, all of her workout videos ranged between 30 and 45 minutes, and warm-up and cool-down are always included.

Engelschall also made sure to make this challenge as diverse as possible and shared workout videos that target different muscle groups and incorporate different routines. From Tabata and HIIT to abs and leg workouts, there’s something for everyone in this workout challenge.

Summer workout challenges are pretty common these days, but Engelschall is encouraging people to try hers because she wants them to feel good, strong, happy, and confident, instead of trying to get a perfect body.

MadFit is one of YouTube’s most versatile fitness channels, and it’s constantly keeping up with the latest trends. Just like Reif’s low-impact workout, this one only lasts about 15 minutes, and most of the exercises can be done laying down.

Growing Annanas

If you don’t mind doing squats and lunges, but jumping jacks simply aren’t your thing, this is the workout you need. No jumping is included, but some of the exercises have to be performed standing up, adding variety to your routine.
