Anna’s latest workout challenge is perfect for fitness beginners who are struggling to commit to a workout routine and stick to it. Unlike most workout challenges we stumbled upon, this one doesn’t have to be done for 30 days, and you can complete it in a single week.

This makes it easier to ease into the “Level Up” challenge and complete each workout without giving up. Don’t let that trick you into thinking that these workouts are ineffective because some of them are pretty demanding, and it usually takes 30 minutes to go through each one.
