You Have to Try Summer Body Challenge from Growing Annanas

Summer workout challenges are all the rage on YouTube right now, and many of our favorite fitness influencers recently started one. That’s also the case with Anna Engelschall of Growing Annanas, and her “Summer Body” challenge is our personal favorite right now.

It’s pretty easy to tell Engelschall’s workouts aren’t promising magical results since they’re as challenging as regular gym sessions. Since starting this challenge, all of her workout videos ranged between 30 and 45 minutes, and warm-up and cool-down are always included.

Engelschall also made sure to make this challenge as diverse as possible and shared workout videos that target different muscle groups and incorporate different routines. From Tabata and HIIT to abs and leg workouts, there’s something for everyone in this workout challenge.

Summer workout challenges are pretty common these days, but Engelschall is encouraging people to try hers because she wants them to feel good, strong, happy, and confident, instead of trying to get a perfect body.

“Team, this year we worked SO HARD to get ready for bikini season, so I want you all to feel comfortable, confident, and amazing! A summer or bikini body is not about the way you “look”—it’s all about the way YOU FEEL!”, wrote the fitness blogger on Instagram.
