]]>Cummings is spending the entirety of September sharing workout videos from this program, helping her followers get ready for fall. She kicked things off with a full-body strength workout, and she’s expected to drop three brand-new videos each week.
“I am officially back from maternity leave and working out with you again after giving birth to my baby boy, Ari! I am 10 weeks postpartum in this workout and I’m ready to embrace this month of strength training as we kick it off with a full body strength workout,” she explained on YouTube.
Arise program was designed to help people achieve maximum strength gains in every workout. Videos are usually between 30 and 45 minutes long, including everything from full-body fitness routines to moves targeting specific muscle groups.
Arise may be a part of Cummings’s post-baby journey, but keep in mind it’s not necessarily a postpartum workout. You can give it a try, but don’t put too much pressure on yourself because you should do things at your own pace and opt for a routine that suits your fitness level.
