Most people tend to put their fitness goals on the back burner once fall arrives, but not Sydney Cummings. The famous fitness influencer wants to inspire her followers to stay more active than ever this fall with her latest fitness challenge, called Strong Program.
This workout program is as challenging as it gets, and it includes everything from dumbbells to jump rope and resistance bands. It usually takes around 45 minutes to go through each workout video, but Cummings promises they’re worth it because they’ll help you find your inner strength.
“No matter what fitness level you are at, you are going to get stronger in your legs, arms, and abs and together we will crush these workouts being proud of the mission in both fitness and in life: STRONGER EVERY DAY!” she wrote in the official announcement of Strong Program.
This workout challenge kicked off on her YouTube channel at the beginning of September and she certainly stayed true to her world. Strong Program is still at full steam and each new video she shares with the world is as epic as it gets. From full-body HIIT workouts to strength training exercises that focus on arms, glutes, and abs, this fitness challenge has something in store for everyone, and we’re looking forward to more.
