Fitness Guru Sydney Cummings Will Rock Your World With Her Pregnancy Workout Program

Fitness guru Sydney Cummings shared many amazing workout programs over the years and she’s showing no signs of stopping. She’s sharing her pregnancy journey through a series of workouts that are part of her latest “Push” workout challenge.

Cummings was 32 weeks pregnant when she kicked off this workout program at the start of May and she dropped many amazing videos in the weeks to come. Workouts in this program are usually between 25 and 45 minutes long, and range from full-body HIIT workouts to Pilates.

Cummings admitted she initially thought that she’ll feel terrible about working out while pregnant and face a lot of judgment for doing it, but she’s enjoying every step of her journey and discovering new ways to approach fitness.

“Physical strength will sometimes have small modifications but your strength is never gone. Sometimes the people encouraging your fear are louder than the ones reminding you of your strength. You’re stronger than you think, trust me!” wrote Cummings on Instagram.

Even though Cummings is sharing her workouts while pregnant, pretty much anyone can enjoy her Push program. It includes workouts that can help you tone everything from your legs and glutes to your abs and upper body, and you can find them all on Cumming’s YouTube channel.
