Chloe Ting’s workout challenges are a gift that keeps on giving, and she just launched another one to help you get ready for spring. Cardio HIIT Challenge is making waves on her YouTube channel, and it will help you take your fitness routine to the next level before winter comes to an end.

Ting is YouTube’s queen of amazing workout challenges, and her latest blends the elements of cardio and high-intensity interval training to help you take your workout routine to new heights.

“The goal of the cardio challenge is to get your heart rate up and burn some calories with bodyweight exercises. No equipment is required, and there are low-impact variations throughout the challenge… Cardio is steady-paced and great for building endurance, while HIIT is more intense, and involves bursts of activity,” she wrote on her official website

Ting’s Cardio HIIT Challenge can be completed in 19 days, but you shouldn’t expect magical results if you stop working out after the program is over. In addition to core workouts that last for about 20 minutes, she also recommends doing a warm-up and cool-down before and after, along with some additional exercises.

Ting is still in the early days of this challenge, but you can already find several pretty epic cardio HIIT workouts on her channel. Some of them focus on specific muscle groups, while others can give you a full-body burn.

The “75 Hard” challenge became a huge hit on TikTok in recent years, and it made a comeback at the start of 2025. Many people are turning to it in an attempt to build mental strength and discipline, but what if it’s too intense for your taste? We’re here to help you put a soft twist on the “75 Hard” challenge and make its strict set of rules more manageable.

Rule 1: Follow a diet of your choosing

Since this rule isn’t extremely specific, it’s quite easy to follow. It’s up to you to decide what a healthy diet looks like but keep in mind you also shouldn’t have any cheat meals or drink alcohol.

Rule 2: Two 45-minute workouts daily

If you’re at the very start of your fitness journey, two 45-minute workouts per day may not sound manageable. Stick to one 45-minute workout per day, or try to do two shorter workouts.

Rule 3: Drink a gallon of water every day

Drinking a full gallon aka 3.8 liters of water per day may seem too excessive even if you don’t have trouble staying hydrated. Kick things off by drinking eight glasses of water or 2 liters daily, and see if your body is craving more.

Rule 4: Read 10 pages of non-fiction

You don’t have to be an avid reader to follow this rule because it can completed pretty quickly. Pick a non-fiction book that explores a subject you’re truly interested in, and you’ll read 10 pages in no time.

Rule 5: Take progress pictures

This step is also quite manageable because gym photos can help you keep track of your progress and keep you motivated to stick to the rest of the “75 Hard” rules.

The fitness superstar decided to right that wrong with her latest 31-day challenge, which can help you start 2025 off strong and add some fun cardio workouts to your fitness routine.

Chloe Ting built a huge audience after many people turned to home workouts during the pandemic, and her workout videos are always worth the wait. What sets her latest challenge apart from the previous ones are longer cardio videos featuring different exercises and variations in length, style, equipment, and intensity.

It’s been a while since Chloe Ting surprised us with one of her signature fitness challenges and she’s finally ready for a comeback. YouTube’s leading fitness influencer is kicking summer off in style, with another round of her signature hourglass challenge.

If you’ve been following Ting for a while, you’re fully aware that this isn’t her first hourglass challenge. She introduced several versions of this fitness program over the years, each one focusing on your glutes and your core, but through a series of different exercises.

Unlike most of Ting’s previous viral challenges, this one isn’t equipment-free and she recommends doing it with weights that fit your fitness level.

“If you’re a beginner, you can do the workout without weights, or if you have a set of light and heavy dumbbells you can use them to challenge yourself further. I would suggest going with lighter weights first to familiarize yourself with the workout, then increase your weights over time,” she wrote on YouTube.

The four-week challenge offers a combination of Ting’s old and brand-new workouts, which are best mixed together for optimal results. She already shared a few new workouts in this series, which target abs, glutes, arms, back, and full body.

Ting started 2023 with her third “weight loss challenge”, but she’s reminding people that the main priority of this program is to become stronger and feel proud of their progress.

Chloe Ting is the reigning queen of YouTube workout challenges, and we always patiently await her new fitness programs. She’s welcoming fall with a 30-day fitness challenge that will do wonders for your glutes and lower body.

Ting’s “Grow a Booty” challenge has been designed for people who are trying to take their glutes to the next level. She already shared several videos that are a part of this workout routine, ranging from hourglass workouts to fitness routines targeting legs and glutes.

As always, Ting recommends doing a warm-up and cool-down before and after your workout to prepare your body for what comes next and avoid the risk of pain and injuries.

She doesn’t recommend combining this workout with one of her weight loss programs because it can be contra-productive. Eating at a calorie deficit is also best avoided because you should be aiming to increase your body volume and strength.

Even though it takes 30 days to complete this program, you probably won’t magically go through a full transformation, but this workout challenge is a good place to start.

“Consistency is important. Muscle adaptation begins immediately in response to resistance training, but it may take a while before you can actually see results – it is not going to happen overnight or even within 30 days,” explains Ting on her official website.

Ting is YouTube’s queen of amazing workout challenges, and her latest blends the elements of cardio and high-intensity interval training to help you take your workout routine to new heights.

“The goal of the cardio challenge is to get your heart rate up and burn some calories with bodyweight exercises. No equipment is required, and there are low-impact variations throughout the challenge… Cardio is steady-paced and great for building endurance, while HIIT is more intense, and involves bursts of activity,” she wrote on her official website

Ting’s Cardio HIIT Challenge can be completed in 19 days, but you shouldn’t expect magical results if you stop working out after the program is over. In addition to core workouts that last for about 20 minutes, she also recommends doing a warm-up and cool-down before and after, along with some additional exercises.

Ting is still in the early days of this challenge, but you can already find several pretty epic cardio HIIT workouts on her channel. Some of them focus on specific muscle groups, while others can give you a full-body burn.

The “75 Hard” challenge became a huge hit on TikTok in recent years, and it made a comeback at the start of 2025. Many people are turning to it in an attempt to build mental strength and discipline, but what if it’s too intense for your taste? We’re here to help you put a soft twist on the “75 Hard” challenge and make its strict set of rules more manageable.

Rule 1: Follow a diet of your choosing

Since this rule isn’t extremely specific, it’s quite easy to follow. It’s up to you to decide what a healthy diet looks like but keep in mind you also shouldn’t have any cheat meals or drink alcohol.

Rule 2: Two 45-minute workouts daily

If you’re at the very start of your fitness journey, two 45-minute workouts per day may not sound manageable. Stick to one 45-minute workout per day, or try to do two shorter workouts.

Rule 3: Drink a gallon of water every day

Drinking a full gallon aka 3.8 liters of water per day may seem too excessive even if you don’t have trouble staying hydrated. Kick things off by drinking eight glasses of water or 2 liters daily, and see if your body is craving more.

Rule 4: Read 10 pages of non-fiction

You don’t have to be an avid reader to follow this rule because it can completed pretty quickly. Pick a non-fiction book that explores a subject you’re truly interested in, and you’ll read 10 pages in no time.

Rule 5: Take progress pictures

This step is also quite manageable because gym photos can help you keep track of your progress and keep you motivated to stick to the rest of the “75 Hard” rules.

The fitness superstar decided to right that wrong with her latest 31-day challenge, which can help you start 2025 off strong and add some fun cardio workouts to your fitness routine.

Chloe Ting built a huge audience after many people turned to home workouts during the pandemic, and her workout videos are always worth the wait. What sets her latest challenge apart from the previous ones are longer cardio videos featuring different exercises and variations in length, style, equipment, and intensity.

Even though her latest challenge focuses on cardio and weight management, Ting believes it’s important to remember that the number on the scale doesn’t define you.

“Don’t forget that measuring your weight on the scales is not an accurate representation of your progress as there’s muscle gain, water weight, and other factors to consider. Your weight naturally fluctuates daily, and what you ate the night before will affect how much you weigh the next morning,” she wrote on her official website.

It’s been a while since Chloe Ting surprised us with one of her signature fitness challenges and she’s finally ready for a comeback. YouTube’s leading fitness influencer is kicking summer off in style, with another round of her signature hourglass challenge.

If you’ve been following Ting for a while, you’re fully aware that this isn’t her first hourglass challenge. She introduced several versions of this fitness program over the years, each one focusing on your glutes and your core, but through a series of different exercises.

Unlike most of Ting’s previous viral challenges, this one isn’t equipment-free and she recommends doing it with weights that fit your fitness level.

“If you’re a beginner, you can do the workout without weights, or if you have a set of light and heavy dumbbells you can use them to challenge yourself further. I would suggest going with lighter weights first to familiarize yourself with the workout, then increase your weights over time,” she wrote on YouTube.

The four-week challenge offers a combination of Ting’s old and brand-new workouts, which are best mixed together for optimal results. She already shared a few new workouts in this series, which target abs, glutes, arms, back, and full body.

Chloe Ting’s workout challenges are all the rage in the fitness world and they’re not going anywhere in 2023. The famous fitness influencer is kicking the New Year off with another amazing challenge that will help you get in the best shape of your life.

Ting started 2023 with her third “weight loss challenge”, but she’s reminding people that the main priority of this program is to become stronger and feel proud of their progress.

“While this is a weight loss program, please remember that the number on the scale does not define you, nor does it tell the whole picture. 4 weeks is also a short time, and this is just the start of your journey if you’re new,” wrote Ting on her official website.

The fitness influencer shared similar challenges in the past, but she claims this one is different because she added more resistance, new exercises, and new variations of some moves from past challenges.

As always, Ting recommends doing a warm-up and cool-down before and after each workout to avoid pain, soreness, and potential injuries. She kicked the program off by sharing intense HIIT and intense abs workouts, but this challenge will also include some of her old workout videos, in addition to new ones.

Chloe Ting is the reigning queen of YouTube workout challenges, and we always patiently await her new fitness programs. She’s welcoming fall with a 30-day fitness challenge that will do wonders for your glutes and lower body.

Ting’s “Grow a Booty” challenge has been designed for people who are trying to take their glutes to the next level. She already shared several videos that are a part of this workout routine, ranging from hourglass workouts to fitness routines targeting legs and glutes.

As always, Ting recommends doing a warm-up and cool-down before and after your workout to prepare your body for what comes next and avoid the risk of pain and injuries.

She doesn’t recommend combining this workout with one of her weight loss programs because it can be contra-productive. Eating at a calorie deficit is also best avoided because you should be aiming to increase your body volume and strength.

Even though it takes 30 days to complete this program, you probably won’t magically go through a full transformation, but this workout challenge is a good place to start.

“Consistency is important. Muscle adaptation begins immediately in response to resistance training, but it may take a while before you can actually see results – it is not going to happen overnight or even within 30 days,” explains Ting on her official website.
