Chloe Ting built a huge audience after many people turned to home workouts during the pandemic, and her workout videos are always worth the wait. What sets her latest challenge apart from the previous ones are longer cardio videos featuring different exercises and variations in length, style, equipment, and intensity.
Even though her latest challenge focuses on cardio and weight management, Ting believes it’s important to remember that the number on the scale doesn’t define you.
“Don’t forget that measuring your weight on the scales is not an accurate representation of your progress as there’s muscle gain, water weight, and other factors to consider. Your weight naturally fluctuates daily, and what you ate the night before will affect how much you weigh the next morning,” she wrote on her official website.
Ting kicked off this challenge with a 20-minute cardio workout and shared several more routines that will challenge different muscle groups, including abs, lower body, back, arms, and core.
