If you don’t already know about Sarah’s Day, Sarah is an Australian influencer who got her start on YouTube years ago. Her channel included all things fitness, health, and nutrition. She was known for loving and sharing intense HIIT workouts–helping her followers get “shredded” bodies (as she called it). 

Fast forward about 4 years, and Sarah is now a mother of two children, the youngest less than a year old. Her social media has gradually shifted from all fitness to a mix of lifestyle, fashion, food, and fitness content. Despite the shift away from the amount of fitness content she uploads, she is still looked up to by her followers for workouts—they just look a little different now!

YouTube is so oversaturated with fitness influencers that it’s pretty difficult to make your mark, but that didn’t stop Rhea of Body Fit TV from trying. The rising star is taking YouTube by storm with her home workout videos shared on not one, but two YouTube channels.

Rhea has an impressive list of certifications under her belt that make her a perfect person for the job. In addition to being a certified personal trainer, she’s also a nutrition and wellness consultant, barre instructor, and is currently pursuing a certification in yoga training.

It’s only been six months since Rhea started her fitness journey on YouTube, but her channel already attracted 30,000 subscribers while some of her videos have almost half a million views! Her success is pretty impressive and she had a clear goal in mind when creating her channel.

“Through my fitness journey, I realized that when fitness is fun and easy to fit into one’s schedule, one is more likely to make it a part of one’s lifestyle. YouTube is so oversaturated with fitness influencers that it’s pretty difficult to make your mark, but that didn’t stop Rhea of Body Fit TV from trying. The rising star is taking YouTube by storm with her home workout videos shared on not one, but two YouTube channels.

Rhea has an impressive list of certifications under her belt that make her a perfect person for the job. In addition to being a certified personal trainer, she’s also a nutrition and wellness consultant, barre instructor, and is currently pursuing a certification in yoga training.

It’s only been six months since Rhea started her fitness journey on YouTube, but her channel already attracted 30,000 subscribers while some of her videos have almost half a million views! Her success is pretty impressive and she had a clear goal in mind when creating her channel.

“Through my fitness journey, I realized that when fitness is fun and easy to fit into one’s schedule, one is more likely to make it a part of one’s lifestyle. This channel was started by choreographer and dance fitness instructor MYLEE back in 2018, but their videos experienced a real boom in the last few months. Over a million subscribers tune in for each of their viral videos, which feature extremely fun dance routines.

Unlike many other workout channels that put dance cardio on the map, MYLEE Dance is more focused on the choreography than traditional workout moves. They don’t include any squats, planks, or lunges, but they’ll still give you an amazing calorie burn.
