The Beach Workout Exercise You Need To Do While On Holiday

If you want to enjoy the yummy foods on your holiday, but still stay in shape, you need to think about your workouts. And what is a better place to exercise than a beautiful beach? Do it early in the morning or in the evening when there aren’t many people.

There are 8 obstacles which should be performed in one minute. When you’re done with your exercise take a break for 15 seconds and then carry on with the next obstacle.

  • Obstacle 1: Burpees
  • Obstacle 2: Bike Abs
  • Obstacle 3: Push-Ups
  • Obstacle 4: Skater Jumps
  • Obstacle 5: Plank
  • Obstacle 6: Forward and Back Jumps
  • Obstacle 7: Triceps Dips
  • Obstacle 8: Jumping Jacks

When you have completed all the exercises, return to the starting position and repeat everything. Do two rounds of the entire circuit and then move onto the final part – sprints.

After the second round of training, do not take a break. Instead, do sprints. This beach workout will wear out your body and enhance your strength and endurance.
