The Five-Step Exercise Routine That’s Keeping Khloe Kardashian Fit

Khloe Kardashian owes her great shape to Revenge Body trainer Luke Milton, and if you’re hoping to get just as fit, try following the five-step workout circuit that he swears by.

Milton recently discussed his approach to maintaining a healthy lifestyle with Hollywood Life, and he shared a five-step low-impact full-body workout circuit that he recommends to his clients.

1. Warm-up for five minutes walking on the treadmill.

2. 20 push-ups (can be done on your knees)

3. 20 bodyweight squats

4. 25 jumping jacks

5. 45-second plank hold

These series of moves should be repeated three times and finished off with a comfortable 10-15 minute walk on the treadmill.

Milton also took a moment to share a couple of tips for sticking to your fitness goal plans in the new year. He believes that it’s important to find something you enjoy and to keep to it, and he recommends group fitness classes, because of the sense of community they bring. He also says not to beat yourself up about the overindulgence during the holidays, and to get right back to your fitness goals instead.
