The Importance of Stretching During Weight Training

Stretching during weight training is highly beneficial. It is a form of workout on its own. Note that stretching isn’t necessarily the same thing as doing a warm up or cooling down after a session.  However, stretching is also a part of these activities. To make matters less complicated, when it comes to identifying the difference between stretching and warming up, the benefits of stretching is typically considered in three phases including:
