Train Like J.Lo With Her Lockdown Workout

J.Lo and A-Rod are the ultimate power couple and it’s no surprise that fitness is a huge focus in their family. After all, it takes work to look as good as Lopez does at 50! In a recent Instagram post, A-Rod showed off just how his fiance J.Lo has been staying in such amazing shape during the lockdown and it’s easy enough for you to do at home—there’s no special equipment required.

The “QuaranTeam’s” morning workout includes A-Rod’s daughter Natasha and the couple is seen exercising in their Miami mansion garden. The 20-minute workout includes a 400-meter run, 15 kettlebell swings, 10 push-ups, and 15-bent over rows.

Lopez looked fashionable while working out; she wore matching red and white shorts and sweater set and urged the family to “use your core” while they finished the final set of exercises. You can see them effortlessly lifting two 15 pound weights.

So, what does J.Lo listen to while she works out? In the video the family is seen jamming to the 80s pop-rock song “The Warrior” from Scandal featuring Patty Smyth.

If you don’t have weights at home, don’t worry about it—you can use soup cans or detergent.
