On top of her incredible energy, she also happens to be an extremely talented singer/songwriter, and this energy totally comes out in her music. If you want to have the best workouts ever, and feel great while you do it, you need to start listening to Lizzo while you work out!

Many people know her most famous songs, ‘Truth Hurts’, ‘Juice’, and TikTok hit, ‘About Damn Time’. The best part is that Lizzo has even more songs that exude this same energy, to have you reppin’ those weights or running like you never have before! 

‘Like a Girl’, from her 2019 album, Cuz I Love You, will literally make you feel as though you can do anything you set your mind to–because you can! It’s all about female empowerment and owning the fact that women and girls are stronger than they realize!
