For a killer chest workout, you don’t need to have an expensive gym membership; you can do it at the comfort of your own home. All you need is a cheap set of dumbbells and you’re ready to rumble. We present you three types of easy chest workouts.
Start your exercise with pushups. Do as many as you can. Just keep it nice and slow, no arching your back and no swinging.
When you’re done with your pushups, lay on your back and immediately, without any rest, start doing the flies. It’s good to do this leaned on the floor, because it limits the ranges and motions, so you don’t injure your shoulders. Do it nice and slow, and repeat it as many times as you can.
Last, but not least, do dumbbell press exercise. Do not use as much weight as you would normally use, because you are already exhausted from your pushups.
