3 Ways to Stick to Your Fitness Resolutions In 2019

“Exercising more” is one of the New Year’s resolutions that can be found on everyone’s list, but sticking to it is easier said than done. Here are a few ideas on how to stay true to your plans and reach your fitness goals in 2019.

Invest in Yourself

If you add money to the mix, it will be more difficult to ditch your plans. Joining a gym isn’t cheap, but it will force you to get out there and stick to your workout schedule. If you can’t afford it, splash out on a couple of pieces of home equipment you’ll use on regular basis.

Don’t Do it Alone

Hitting the gym is always more fun when you have a workout buddy by your side, who’s there to help you become a better version of yourself. Hiring a personal trainer every once in  a while is also a good way to mix things up.

Be Specific

“Exercise more” and “lose some weight” are pretty vague resolutions, and you should be more specific when making your goals. Know what you want, but always remember it takes time to get to the final destination, and allow yourself to make small stops along the way.
