Warm Up
Put your dog on a leash and do a simple power walk back and forth. After that, you can move onto a light jog or sprint for about 2 minutes.
Use Your Dog As Weights
If your pup isn’t humongous, you can easily use it instead of dumbbells. He will receive his daily fun, while you do your daily exercise. They can also sit on your back while you’re doing a plank, making those 30 seconds even more torturous.
Ride a Bike
