Breakfast Grains
When you eat oatmeal, stir in a teaspoon of matcha tea to add some antioxidants and a bit of caffeine to your breakfast. You can also use matcha to flavor the cooking water for rice, farro, or quinoa.
Salads
Pour some matcha on a salad, put it in a dip, or drizzle it over a grain bowl. The earthy taste makes a fabulous dressing.
