Caroline Girvan’s Epic Program is Living Up to Its Name

Caroline Girvan’s YouTube channel is one of the most amazing sources of HIIT workouts on this video sharing platform, but she has so much more to offer to her followers. Certified personal trainer and fitness influencer is taking things to a new level with her Epic Program.

This fitness challenge is taking place over the course of ten weeks, five days a week, with rest days provided. Girvan is making sure that everyone can take part by creating separate videos for beginners and advanced gym lovers, each one between 30 and 45 minutes long.

In the introduction to the Epic Program on her official website, Girvan explains it’s dedicated to anyone who wants to “feel stronger, build muscle, improve definition, learn new ways to move their body, improve mobility, increase flexibility, significantly increase the overall level of fitness.”

She shared a detailed step-to-step guide to workouts and nutrition over the course of the ten-week period and already posted several workouts from the program on her YouTube channel. They all target different muscle groups and utilize different pieces of equipment, allowing everyone who takes part to diversify their training and try new things along the way.
