Check Out This HIIT Cardio Workout to “WAP”

As soon as we heard Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion’s latest hit “WAP,” we knew it would be a great song to workout and we haven’t been able to get it out of our heads. Of course, we added it to our workout playlist and we just came across a video by Bernadette Barber that takes the song to a whole new level.

Bernadette Barber is a personal trainer and group fitness instructor who teaches bootcamp, Cardio Dance Party, and Zumba, and her mission according to her YouTube page is to “help AS MANY women as possible find their inner badass and bring it out of them for good!!.” In one of her most recent videos, she created a “WAP” inspired HIIT cardio workout. She captioned the video “Ive been secretly manifesting a Cardi/ Meghan collar and it DID NOT DISAPPPOOOOINT. I’m here for it,” and let’s just say, we’re here for it too!

What’s great about the video, is that unlike some other dance cardio videos, the moves are super easy to follow along to and it’s not hard to keep up with. The workout is just over three minutes and we guarantee you’ll be sweating by the end of it.
