Chloe Ting’s “2021 Get Fit” Challenge is Just the Thing We Need This Summer

Chloe Ting is YouTube’s queen of epic workout challenges, and each one she shares with the world is better than her last. That’s certainly the case with her latest “2021 Get Fit” challenge, which is here to help you stay active and get in the best shape of your life just in time for summer.

If you’re familiar with Chloe Ting’s workouts, you already know she shared another “Get Fit” challenge last year, but what’s the difference between the two? On her official website, the fitness influencer explains that the new challenge is “best suited for those who are a little further along in their fitness and training”, and you can stick to the old challenge if you’re not there yet.

Both challenges are meant to help you increase your muscle-to-fat ratio, improve your strength, stamina, mobility, and balance. As the part of this challenge, Ting will share new workout videos throughout July, and she already posted one full-body workout and six pack routine.

Ting shared a full “2021 Get Fit” challenge calendar on her official website, and she recommends doing more than a 15-minute workout for optimal results. Warm-up and cool-down should be included in your routine, and you can even follow a meal plan that she shared on her YouTube channel.
