Chris Hemsworth has starred in some of the most physically demanding movies of the decade, so we all know that he has a pretty crazy fitness routine, but the Australian actor still managed to surprise us with the video of his Devil’s Burn workout.
Hemsworth shared a clip working out alongside his personal trainer Luke Zocchi, and described it as a “punchy little circuit,” but brutal would be a better word to describe it. The entire routine consists of a total of six moves, which utilize several pieces of equipment, such as a deadlift, a kettlebell, and a Bosu ball.
In addition to being demanding on their own, these moves have to be performed without breaks between individual reps. Fortunately, you can get some rest after each round – but it only lasts for one minute.
If you want to give Devil’s Burn a try, you’re going to perform six reps of the following moves, and repeat the routine until you reach a total of six rounds.
- Deadlift Press to Triceps Extension
- TRX Inverted Row
- Kettlebell Lunge to Press
- Ring Pullups
- Bosu Ball Banded Squat
- Med Ball Slam
