Emily Thorne’s “The Cheetah Girls” Workout Will Give You Nostalgia Overload

Disney gave us one of its best teen musicals of the early 2000s with The Cheetah Girls, and some people still adore it to this day. Emily Thorne of EmkFit is one of those people and she recently shared an epic workout inspired by this beloved Disney movie.

Just like the rest of the dance cardio videos on her channel, this one was created with one goal in mind—making fitness a little less awful and a lot more fun. This workout certainly hits all the right marks in terms of fun, but we didn’t expect any less from EmkFit and The Cheetah Girls.

The workout playlist includes some of the best songs performed by Raven-Symoné and co. in the original 2003 movie. After warming up to “Cheetah Sisters”, Thorne moves to other unforgettable songs from Cheetah Girls movies, including “Girl Power”, “Dance Me if You Can”, and “Amigas Cheetahs”.

As usual, EmkFit’s workouts can be performed without equipment, and most of the exercises focus on functional and constant movements. It takes 20 minutes to go through the entire workout, but Thorne’s positive attitude will make the time fly by.
