But her latest obsession, trampoline workouts, is famous among celebrities. The actress first tried it in November with her friend Elsa Marie Collins, and after that, she fell in love with it.
Her friend Collins even gifted her a JumpSport 350 Fitness Trampoline, which she now uses in her home gym. The trampoline has curved legs to provide extra stability and adjustable bungee cords that have three levels of firmness, so you can personalize your workout based on your weight and how deep or shallow you want the bounce to be.
Exercise trampolines are great for people with lower-body issues like ankle, hip, knee, or low-back pain, as the elasticity of the trampoline allows the body to move without putting added stress on the body.
It’s a much lower impact than running, but you’ll still get an intense workout. In addition to jumping on them, the trampolines can be used to elevate your other workouts like lunges.
