If you live in an apartment (and you’re not rude) you’re probably concerned about disturbing your neighbors. When you want to exercise, this rules certain movements out. If burpees and jumping jacks are too loud for apartment living, what can a fledgling athlete who lives in an apartment do? Here are a few ideas!

Do Wonders With Weights

Bicep curls and weight lifting are simple weight exercises that anyone can do. Depending on how heavy the weights are, weights can help you slim down and tone your arms or pack on muscle mass.

Even if your goal isn’t to gain big arm muscles, weights can enhance the calorie-burning power of other exercises you do. The weights don’t have to be heavy either. One and five-pound weights can make a huge impact.

Get On The Floor

There are plenty of fat blasting exercises that can be done on the floor. Floor exercise leverage body weight. Planks, crunches, side planks, bear crawlers, and mountain climbers are excellent ways to burn calories without burning bridges with your downstairs neighbors.
