Another added bonus is that you have to walk everywhere. And since some theme parks cover hundreds of acres, you can end up walking a rather long way.

The adrenaline that your body releases as you anticipate the rides and experience the excitement makes your heart beat faster. This can help the blood flow around the body and cause the veins and capillaries to contract.

Walking, standing in lines, and waiting for long periods on your feet is a good total body workout. Standing up engages your core muscles and helps keep your body strong and solid.
