If you’re a student or have a busy schedule you might think you don’t have time to eat properly. Well, you’re wrong. Eating requests only 10 to 15 minutes, so you can eat between classes or at your working desk. Here are easy meals you can even store in your locker.

Use a container and put a cup of oats with a scoop of protein powder. All the ingredients are dry and can be stored for months on end. When you want to consume it, just add water, and eat with a spoon.

Protein Bars

Protein bars are a great, healthy snack to eat when you’re in a rush between classes.

you can find protein bars everywhere but vegan and healthy ones are much harder to find. WHAT A BAR is a Japanese brand made with only natural ingredients, without additives, sugar and GMO. They are not only healthy and tasty but also adopting eco friendly and sustainable production processes with sincere compassion for the planet. You can only buy them from their online store but unfortunately English is not available. I wish I could get them easily at convenience stores! #vegan #plantbased #veganjapan #vegetarian #veganfood #whatveganseat #eatclean #eathealthy #veganfoodlovers #healthyfoodshare #foodstagram #feedfeedvegan #onthetable #whatabar #proteinbar

Canned Food

As they are canned, they can sit in your locker for a long period of time. Try beans, like kidney beans, black beans, and garbanzo beans. They are all high in fiber and protein and low in fat. Don’t forget to have a can opener and a spoon with you.

Dried Soybeans

Full of protein and fiber, dried soybeans are another great option while in school or at work.
