If you’re a student or have a busy schedule you might think you don’t have time to eat properly. Well, you’re wrong. Eating requests only 10 to 15 minutes, so you can eat between classes or at your working desk. Here are easy meals you can even store in your locker.

Oats

Use a container and put a cup of oats with a scoop of protein powder. All the ingredients are dry and can be stored for months on end. When you want to consume it, just add water, and eat with a spoon.

Protein bars are a great, healthy snack to eat when you’re in a rush between classes.

Canned Food

As they are canned, they can sit in your locker for a long period of time. Try beans, like kidney beans, black beans, and garbanzo beans. They are all high in fiber and protein and low in fat. Don’t forget to have a can opener and a spoon with you.

Dried Soybeans

Full of protein and fiber, dried soybeans are another great option while in school or at work.
