Heidi Klum Shares Home Workout Routine That Keeps Her in Great Shape

Home workouts experienced a huge boom in the face of the global pandemic, and many people still swear by them. Supermodel Heidi Klum happens to be one of them, and her home workout routine includes everything from low-impact exercises to a couple of fun activities.

Klum’s fitness routine includes body-weight moves, but she also stayed active by hula hooping, trampolining, swimming, and doing low-impact exercises.

“I’m fortunate enough to have a pool at home and when the pandemic started, I began swimming 20 laps a day. Low-impact exercise like this is much better for my joints than running on a treadmill,” Klum told Women’s Health UK.

The former Victoria’s Secret model is always on the move, even when she’s not working because she’s busy running around her children and pets. She also tried some new hobbies while stuck at home, and gardening proved to be her personal favorite.

In addition to being super-fun for her entire family, gardening allowed them to get creative in the kitchen and improve their diet. Klum revealed that cooking helps her wind down and that she believes it’s important for her kids to see healthy meals made from scratch.
