It may sound unbelievable, but those who get up on the first alarm will start their day with a smile on their face. These are some tips you need to adopt if you want to have a happy and productive day.

Set Up Only One Alarm

Waking up on time equals less hurrying which leads to less stress in the morning. So, try to get up on the first alarm. It might be hard in the beginning, but when you get used to it, you will be thankful for all the extra time you have for yourself.

Forget Social Media

If you want to start your day really productively, the last thing you need is to lose time by browsing social networks in your bed. Instead, get up, have breakfast or do your daily workout.
