Influencer Emily Skye Gets Real About Her Postpartum Fitness Journey

Emily Skye became one of the most popular fitness influencers on Instagram because she’s been extremely honest about all the ups and downs of staying fit. She’s keeping the same mindset after giving birth, and sharing her postpartum fitness routine with her followers.

In one of her recent Instagram posts, Skye said that “self-love, persistence, and patience are important to have when getting back into fitness after childbirth.” Despite her struggles to stay motivated, she’s trying to stick to her training and eat healthy, and she’s proud of her progress – no matter how slow it may seem.
