J. Lo and A. Rod Have an Incredibly Intense Sunday Fitness Routine

Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are one of Hollywood’s biggest power couples, and after learning what their Sunday routine looks like—it’s not hard to see why.

Rodriguez shared snippets of their Fourth of July weekend with millions of his followers, and it included much more than sipping beers and enjoying a barbecue. Their idea of fun is all about playing football and performing some intense strength training moves.

The video in question shows Lopez doing a series of dumbbell exercises, such as biceps curls and shoulder presses. She makes this workout seem extremely effortless—especially since she’s sitting on a cooler box most of the time.

Rodriguez’s workout is somehow even more intense and includes everything from playing catch to jogging around his backyard. The list of his favorite workout moves includes mountain climbers, push-ups, sit-ups, and burpees.
