Julianne Hough Joins Cassey Ho for Body Pilates Workout

Cassey Ho’s Blogilates workouts are a gift that keeps on giving, and she had a special guest in one of her latest videos. Famous dancer Julianne Hough joined her for a special dancer’s body Pilates workout, and every minute of this fitness routine is pure gold.

Ho teased her collaboration with Hough about a month ago, but it took some time for the actual workout video to make its way to her YouTube channel. The Blogilates founder has been a huge fan of Hough’s ever since her very first appearance on Dancing with the Stars, and she’s been dreaming about working out by her side ever since.

“It was amazing meeting Julianne in person. She’s even sweeter than I thought and super real. I have so much respect for her journey and how she continues to progress her career,” wrote Ho on Instagram.

It takes about 20 minutes to make it through this body Pilates workout, and Ho will be sharing useful instructions along the way in case you’re a total beginner. In an attempt to honor Hough and her dancer roots, Ho made sure to include flowing, graceful Pilates moves into this workout. But that’s not stopping this fitness routine from being super-intense and working several different muscle groups at the same time!
