It’s been about a week since Justin Bieber dropped his latest single “Peaches” featuring Giveon and Daniel Caesar, and you can already work out to its beat. Maddie Lymburner of MadFit recently shared an intense booty workout inspired by this song.

With 5.6 million followers and counting, Lymburner is one of YouTube’s most popular fitness influencers and each new video she shares with the world is worth the wait. This one was no different, and she described it as a “fun, quick, and choreographed routine to burn that booty.”

It only takes three and half minutes to go through the entire routine, but that’s enough to get a major calorie burn. Most of the exercises target the glute area, so Lymburner made sure to go through several variations of squats, lunges, and bridges along the way.

Many of her workout videos are inspired by the latest chart-topping hits, so it’s no surprise to see her drop this epic workout. Justin Bieber seems to be one of her favorite artists to work out to, and she previously shared workouts inspired by his songs “Yummy” and “Intentions” and a 15-minute fitness routine featuring some of his biggest hits.
