Cuoco fell in love with hot yoga and never skips training. “Doing yoga five times a week has transformed my body. I love being toned and having muscle; it’s so sexy and beautiful. And I owe it 100% to yoga,” Cuoco told Shape magazine. When she visits the gym, she usually focuses on arms and abs.

And what about her diet? In 2016, Cuoco told Women’s Health that she doesn’t eat meat, but eats fish. Her go-to foods include vegetables and peanut butter. Her typical day consists of a peanut butter toast in the morning, half a sandwich for lunch, and fish and vegetables for dinner.
