Our favorite supermodel Miranda Kerr is getting ready to become a mom for the third time. Her fitness routine changed significantly after she discovered her pregnancy and the former Victoria’s Secret Angel decided to take it easy on herself.

Kerr recently discussed her daily routine in an interview with Parade, and talked about everything from her skin care rituals to her approach to fitness during pregnancy.

“I went from being pregnant to having a baby to being pregnant again. So I just decided to be really gentle and easy on myself. I just go for a gentle walk, go swimming with the kids, do a bit of yoga,” explained the famous model.

Listening to her body and what it needs is essential for Kerr during pregnancy, but she also stresses the importance of a healthy diet, filled with fresh fruits and veggies.

“I love to eat foods that are healthy for you like salmon and avocado. I really feel like if you can get the nutrients from your food, a lot of fresh produce, a lot of vegetables, that’s key. I really feel like your body will take care of you if you take care of it,” said Kerr.
