Olivia Rodrigo Fans Have to Try MadFit’s “Guts” Workout

Olivia Rodrigo’s debut album Sour inspired many amazing workout videos and it was just a matter of time before Guts followed suit. Maddie Lymburner of MadFit got the ball rolling with her 10-minute dance workout inspired by the biggest hits from Rodrigo’s sophomore studio album.

Guts hit the shelves on September 8, and the standard edition gave us 12 brand-new tracks, including the previously released singles “Vampire” and “Bad Idea Right?” Rodrigo heavily leaned into her pop-rock-inspired influences, giving us several catchy songs that would fit right in on our workout playlist.

Lymburner scaled things down when filming her dance cardio workout, and opted for three songs that fit into the ten-minute frame – “Vampire”, “Bad Idea Right?”, and “Get Him Back!” All three songs have a pretty fast beat, and they’ll get your heart racing during your next workout.

Lymburner decided to film this workout after receiving countless requests from Rodrigo’s fans and promised it would have you sweating and smiling at the same time. This workout may be just 10 minutes long, but you’ll be out of breath by the time it’s done because Lymburner made sure to include a wide range of full-body exercises that will have you burning some major calories along the way.
