P!nk’s Into Any and All Types of Fitness

P!nk recently turned 41, and the three-time Grammy winner’s known for her body-positive mindset. She’s been open about how her own body image has changed over the years and how’s she’s learned to appreciate her body, “Now I’m almost 150 pounds, and I look f*cking awesome,” P!nk said in an interview with Billboard.

So what’s her secret to looking so good? In addition to training with her trainer, Jeanette Jenkins, P!nk literally does every type of fitness—if you can name it, she’s tried it. Here are just some of the exercises the singer does.

Wake Surfing

P!nk loves spending time on the water with her family and in this photo, she appropriately captioned it, “I always wondered why God gave me thunder thighs. It’s cause he knew I’d use them.”

Yoga

P!nk is also a fan of yoga and she’s even posted photos holding up her kids while doing the crow pose. We have no idea how she makes it look so easy.

Tennis

The singer’s love for tennis is undeniable and she’s even dressed up with her husband Carey Hart as tennis legends Billie Jean King and John McEnroe.

Gymnastics

If you’ve ever seen P!nk’s live performances, you know that not only can she sing, she can do so while doing splits while being suspended on ropes. Now that takes a lot of upper body and core strength.

Cycling

Is there any kind of training she doesn’t do? “We ride! 32 miles today and I’m still standing,” she wrote in this Instagram photo.
