As one of the faces of Adidas, Rita Ora knows her way around fitness. The singer is no stranger to busting a move in a music video or on stage, which is why she keeps her body in tip-top shape. In a video shared on social media, Ora can be seen performing a rather unusual activity.

According to the clip, the “Let You Love Me” singer seems to be flopping—rather forcefully, we might add—onto a large exercise ball. Although she labeled the movement as “body slams”, they are actually known as Nordic hamstring curls.

As you might have guessed, this exercise targets the hamstring muscles. In fact, it is used to prevent hamstring injuries in athletes by using your body weight to increase the strength of the hamstrings and the length of the fascia.

To perform a Nordic hamstring curl like Ora, kneel on a bench and keep your feet and ankles fixed using leg rollers or something similar. You then want to lower your body like she does onto the ball. All this will cause your hamstrings to lengthen and activate under tension, which helps to build muscle.

And, as you can see, you might also work your core by laughing!
